液压油缸缓冲装置的形式

液压油缸中常用的缓冲装置有节流口可调式和节流口变化式两种，节流口变化式被封在活塞和缸盖间的油液经针形节流阀流出，节流阀开口可根据负载情况进行调节，起始缓冲效果大，随着活塞的行进，缓冲效果逐渐减弱，故制动行程长，缓冲腔中的冲击压力大，缓冲性能受油温影响 ，适用范围广。
液压油缸一般由缸体，缸杆及密封件组成，缸体内部由活塞分成两个部分，分别通一个油孔。由于液体的压缩比很小，所以当其中一个油孔进油时，活塞将被推动使另一个油孔出油，活塞带动活塞杆做伸出（缩回）运动，反之依然。
